FA Cup 4th round draw
Draw is today (Sunday) approx 16.05 UK time.

Millwall are out, so we can forget that for at least another year. Anyone you fancy, or the lowest ranked side left at home?

Absolute scumbags. Made even worse by if the 5th round draw is before our game (likely) and it's Man City or Liverpool, etc, then it's beyond fucking shit.

Absolutely. I said much the same last week after the draw. Absolute bullshit.

They once televised 58 consecutive Man U cup games on telly over a 12 year period. The streak ender? Ironcially Derby County in the third round 2017. I'll be willing to bet almost every tie of their since then has also been live.

Man Utd will always be on the box because it guarantees the highest viewing figures given the plastic support all over the country. No brainer for the TV companies really.

Re: FA Cup 4th round draw
Predictable than Man Utd are on tv. There game is probably the most boring out of all the other ties

Was obvious we would be on the Friday or Monday.

Re: FA Cup 4th round draw
Man utd are always on the fucking tele whoever they get drawn against

Absolute cunt of a football club who binned off the competition to play in some two bob World club Cup and the TV stations fawn over themselves to still show them.

In order for broadcast coverage of the match to be shown live on ITV4, the tie will take place at Pride Park Stadium on Monday 30th January 2023 (7:45pm kick-off).

One thing I recall about the 2nd replay was Derby bringing on a young Kevin Francis for his debut, the bloke was an actual giant, absolutely towered over Gale and Alvin.

Re: FA Cup 4th round draw
I was young at time but had great memories of those league cup runs in the late 90s.

We seemed to play loads of the games under the lights at Upton Park.
We were rubbish in the league but some how turned it on under the lights.

We would do so well and then collapse in the semi finals!

We played Derby in 89 in the league cup and won 5-0. We then played them the year later and had the three matches!

I went to the home games but not the away replay. I watched the highlights next day (not knowing the result) on midweeks sports special.
Great days.

Re: FA Cup 4th round draw
Iirc Robson was wearing latex cycling shorts under his West Ham shorts, which was becoming "fashionable" for crocks back then (I suppose the theory was it keeps damaged ligaments warm and more comfortable/secure).

I went to the second replay which we won. Crazy to think we'd have 3 matches to decide a league cup tie , even two legs in early stage ties seems weird now.

So long as we keep calamity Kraut out of the team we have a chance.
